As a Key Account Director at CLAN, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a considerable understanding and interest of digital marketing, IT, and e-commerce deployments.

Job Responsibility:

1. Serve as a credible, trusted partner and advisor to your clients, working with them to plan, forecast and implement digital campaigns

2. Preparation of immaculate client-facing presentations, and deliver them clearly and compellingly to win over pitches and campaigns

3. Proficient track record in managing projects within the realms of APP development and E-Commerce solutions.

4. Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.�Oversee client and partner billings.

5. Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals and CLAN's offerings. Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.

Qualification:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

- Proven experience 7 – 8 Years in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency

- Reasonable understanding of digital marketing principles, Google Analytics, IT solutions, and software development processes.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
